BACKORDER POLICY
Any title out of stock will be backordered unless the customer requests "Do not backorder." Titles will then be released as they become available.
PRICING POLICY
Vista Higher Learning prices its publications to resellers at net price. Any reseller may set the price for re-sale at any level it wishes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
FINANCE CHARGES
Our payment terms are Net 30 days. A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be charged if payment is not received by the due date.
RETURNS ADDRESS

RETURN POLICY
No permission to return is required if the books have been purchased directly from Vista Higher Learning. A copy of the invoice and packing slip must accompany the returned shipment along with clear identification of the store making the return. Returns are accepted only for titles that are salable, unmarked, in new condition and in the current edition. Shrink wrapped packages are non-returnable if shrink wrap is broken unless an item within the package is found to be defective and Vista Higher Learning has been notified of the defect in advance of the return. No credit will be given for damaged items. Returned units may not exceed the number of units originally billed.
Please call Customer Service at 1-800-269-6311 in the event you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect titles. These publications should be returned immediately.
Timing Editions that have been declared OP for 90 days or more are ineligible for return. Books superseded by a new edition are not returnable after 120 days following publication date of the new edition. Please reference industry publications that routinely carry notices of expiring editions. Returns will be accepted for 10 full months following issuance of the invoice for college bookstores and 6 full months for K-12 schools.
Quantity For custom product you are allowed to return up to 10% of the invoice quantity. Bookstores returning over 20% of annual purchases will be charged a restocking fee.
