International Sales Manager
As the International Sales Manager, you play a critical role in our continued growth and expansion in new and developing international markets. In this high-impact function, you will define, direct and deliver on sales targets while evaluating market trends and developing astute strategies to penetrate new and evolving markets in Canada, Latin America, Europe and the Middle-East. In this capacity, you will lead a small hybrid team of Inside/ Field Sales Reps to artfully align solutions and exceed goals and client expectations. You’ll work closely with SVP of Sales and other internal stakeholders to champion company initiatives and to develop and implement sales strategies for the diverse regions of your team. As a hands-on sales leader, you will leverage your considerable experience in the education publishing space, expertise in business development, affinity for cultivating relationships, understanding client needs, strong knowledge of our suite of print and digital world-language-learning print and digital products and expertise in developing successful growth strategies to win business within international schools and universities. As a seasoned professional, you are good coach and mentor and are able to build a team of strong performers. The International Sales Manager has well-developed presentation, business development, territory management, consultative-selling and analytical skills and is able to display a high level of creativity and flexibility. Previous experience in an international sales role within ed-tech, education or publishing is required.
