Return Policy

No permission to return is required. A copy of the invoice and packing slip must accompany the returned shipment along with clear identification of the customer making the return. Returns are accepted only for titles that are saleable, unmarked, in new condition and in the current edition. Editions that have been declared out of print are ineligible for return. Books superseded by a new edition are not returnable after September 30th of the year of publication of the new edition unless prior extension was granted in writing. See list of non-returnable titles below. Please contact Customer Service in the event you have received defective, damaged, or incorrect titles. These publications should be returned immediately. No credit will be given for damaged items. Custom products are not returnable. Boxes of 40 lbs. or more will not be accepted. Anything received that is considered not returnable will be refused and returned at customer’s expense.

Timing

Effective 1/1/17, returns will be accepted for 8 full months following issuance of the invoice.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be charged to all standard returns. Finance Charges A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be charged if payment is not received by the due date.
