Are your resources aligned with state or national standards?

Wishlists and Quotes
Why do I have to create an account to create a wishlist or request a quote?
Creating an account allows you to save personalized wishlists, share wishlists with others, and request official quotes on the products you save. Your account allows you to manage the content you are interested in over time and see both current and previously submitted Quote Requests for reference.
What's the difference between a Wishlist and a Quote Request?
A wishlist is used to keep track of titles you are interested in, organize personalized lists of material, as well as share your interests with others. Transitioning products off a wishlist and onto a Quote Request enables you to formally submit your desired materials for purchase. Our team will review your request and follow up with an official quote that can be used for purchase order management.
Is a Quote Request an official Vista Higher Learning quote?
No. Once you submit a Quote Request, our team will prepare an official Vista Higher Learning quote based on your Quote Request. You will receive this official quote via email shortly after the Quote Request is submitted.
Documentation Support
How do I get a W-9, sole source letter or another document needed to complete my purchase?
When you submit a Quote Request, include that request in the comments section. Our team will include the documentation needed to support your purchase with your official quote.
Ordering Process
How do I place an order?
Once you submit a Quote Request and receive an official quote back from our team via email, you can send in your purchase order in at any time.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
Once you have received your official quote and submitted a purchase order, you will be invoiced on our standard payment terms. If you wish to pay with a credit card, our team will be able to facilitate directly after the purchase order has been submitted.
When will my order ship?
Once you have received an official quote back from us and then confirmed your purchase order, shipments will typically process within 2-3 business days. Shipment confirmation will be provided once your order has shipped.
