To maintain the integrity and fairness of our hiring process, applicants may use AI tools for drafting or preparation purposes; however, all submitted materials, including but not limited to, resumes, application responses, assessments, presentations, and work samples, must accurately represent the applicant’s own authentic experience, qualifications, and capabilities.
Use of AI tools to generate or assist with real‑time interview responses, coding exercises, or problem‑solving tasks, presentations etc. is prohibited unless expressly authorized in advance and in writing by VHL’s HR department or a department VP. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that any content produced with the assistance of AI is truthful, original, and not misleading. The Company does not use AI to make automated hiring decisions. While certain technologies may support administrative aspects of the recruitment process, all evaluations and hiring determinations are made by human reviewers. Submission of false, AI‑generated, or misrepresented information may result in removal from consideration, withdrawal of offer, if discovered post-offer or possible ineligibility for future consideration.
