Graduating college with a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, majoring in English and Psychology, I taught Language Arts to mixed ability multi-grade 6th, 7th and 8th grade students at Woodland Middle School. Later, I returned to college to earn my master’s degree in Counselor Education, majoring in School Counseling Education, where I was recruited back to Fulton County and began teaching 10th and 12th grade English Language Arts. In addition to teaching at Centennial High School, I was also the Director of Student Council as well as the Varsity Basketball Cheerleading Coach.
As a former teacher from Fulton County Schools coupled with my extensive pharmaceutical and real estate sales background, I am looking forward to bringing a unique blend of influential experience to Vista Higher Learning. A Georgia native, living in Peachtree City, I’m a true Georgia Peach . I am super blessed with 3 amazing children- Maylen, Luke and Drew… and an over-protective but lovable as a teddy bear dog, Sammy.
